Brian K PenneyChairmanBrian K Penney is the company's chairman of the board of directors. He has many years experience of advising emerging growth companies and has been an angel investor in over 50 companies, business founder and owner, CEO of several companies, member of several investment boards, co-founder and chairman of a venture capital company and a member of several academic boards. He has been chairman of several private and public companies and in this role had oversight of several shareholder liquidity events. In earlier careers he was a government and academic research physicist, a professor of computing science and a product development engineer in the telecommunications and IT industries. Dr. Penney holds a Ph D in elementary particle physics from Imperial College, University of London and is licensed as a professional engineer and as a commercial pilot.
